Community Living Coaching Program Course Outline

Participants will work in groups attending courses in the following general areas and will additionally participate in a practicum of monthly rotations through all areas in real time during their residence.  The practicum will be managed through an Internship process.

  • Community Studies:  The ontology and history of Community including Indigenous groups and historically well-documented communities such as the Essenes.  Current functioning communities globally
  • Community living as a process
  • Retreat, Health and Healing Management
  • Ranch Management:  Over-all Ranch Management and Facilities Management   
  • Conscious animal husbandry
  • Permaculture in process
  • Hydro and Aqua-ponics
  • Farm-to-table and Organic Culinary Arts
  • Advancing Technologies
  • Business Management and Revenue Production
  • Fund Raising for Non-Profits
  • Human Resources
  • Hospitality:  Reception, Hosting, Accommodations Management, Guest Service as a process
  • Program Management (on-going)
